Sales Tax (U.S. Customers)
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the United States in accordance with state and local regulations. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email when processing begins.
- When your order ships, a second email will include a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Returned to Sender Due to Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we will notify you via email. You will have 30 days from the date of our email notification to provide an updated, correct address.
If no response is received within 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and the item(s) will be donated.
Reshipping fees may apply if you request the order to be sent again
