Return/Refund Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note this timeframe is based on the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
  • Items returned without prior approval and a return shipping label from us will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

How to Start a Return/Refund

Contact us at sumiestreetwear@gmail.com within the 7-day window to initiate your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.


Important: Wrong Size Orders

Please carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions before ordering.

  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
  • This includes all sale and discounted items (see exceptions below).
  • If you receive the wrong size due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item), contact us immediately at sumiestreetwear@gmail.com so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted items
  • Gift cards

Refund/Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 1-2 business days whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at sumiestreetwear@gmail.com.

European Union Customers

For shipments to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of receipt.

  • You may cancel or return your order for any reason within this period.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
